Just so you don’t get used to literary marvels for posts I thought I’d kick this blog off with an underwhelming post. How’s that for a strategy?!
I consider this my preparatory phase.
I plan to semi accurately document my diet up until the physical and then draw a line in the sand and see how much I am willing to really alter my diet. I think if I set a goal to change my diet for 90 days I have a better chance of sticking to a healthier diet plan than if I say I am changing forever.
I have also scheduled a physical (yep, a FULL physical, if you know what I mean) for June 19th. In addition to the fact that I need one, I want to get a baseline for future comparison. I will post all the gory details later.
