Feeling a good sore today. Breakfast was whole wheat cereal with skim milk – a much better option than the eggs from yesterday.
2PM: I am getting more sore by the minute.
Plyometrics: AKA jump training. This one was much more challenging cardio-wise. A great work out. The good thing is you can easily modify any of the exercises based on your fitness level. I was definitely in my upper range for heart rate.
Dinner: Salad w fat-free ham, V8 fusion to drink. Protein drink after dinner and 4 strips of turkey bacon to get in my carbs. I can’t eat all the required food. But I could sure find room for a big greasy cheeseburger….
