Day 3: Sore from neck to ankles

The plyometric workout has made itself known to the core of my leg muscles. Every time I go to get out of my chair at work I am quickly reminded of last nights work out. Tonight is shoulders and arms  – followed by ab rippers.  Fun fun!

Because I had technical issues with the DVD (trying to run it from a laptop) I somehow missed the ab ripper on day one so this will be my first ab ripper. Although my abs are already a bit sore.

Breakfast: whole wheat cereal w skim milk and 4 strips of turkey bacon. That turkey bacon is really good (So I am wondering if I have the reight kind!)

Lunch: McDonald’s side salad topped w chicken from home. Vinegarette dressing. 2 strips of turkey bacon. Water.
