The first week I was working out with my 16 year old daughter but over the weekend she didn’t want to work out Friday night (I can’t imagine why?!) so she took her day off on Friday and worked out Sat and Sun. I stuck with Friday and Saturday.
The following week I decided to move my workout from 6:00 PM until after my youngest was in bed so that I didn’t put too much burden on my wife. I can usually start around 8:00 or as late as 9:00. My daughter is working out closer to when she gets home from school – but still hitting it hard.
Having the first week together was a great start but it is easier on both of us if we can just work out when the mood strikes.
