Day 11: Veggie burgers rock

Yoga last night. I really don’t enjoy the first 45 minutes which is very repetitive and mind numbing. Maybe that’s what Tony means by “emptying your mind”. The second half makes the first half tolerable. Some really good stretching which does make you feel goooood. A good switch from all the muscle-building and cardio work on other days. (I know, that’s the muscle confusion part…)

On another note, my daughter cooked up some veggie burgers we bought during our initial grocery run and they were awesome! If I’d had a carb available to put it on a bun with a big slice of tomato and a dash of mustard it would have been even better.

Oh how I miss my carbs. Anyway, give the veggie burgers a chance.
