Two weeks in. I am pretty sure I am beginning to see some fat loss although my weight is unchanged (expected). I feel better overall. More flexible. I don’t want to sound like an old man but when you hit your mid-forties some of the everyday moves you never thought about before, begin to at least register in your mind that “Hey, I never had an issue doing that!”; well some of those moves seem just a bit easier. I think most of the change is coming from the change in diet and cutting out sugar – Oh how I miss my sweet tea…*sigh*. Of course 1 1/4 hours of working out at 160 bpm for 6 days a week helps too.
I am feeling Chest&Back from the day before yesterday. Oh yeaahhh.
