Well whatever bug I thought I beat is back. I think it’s a sinus infection but they tend to linger. Anyway I have been fairly weak the last few days. Wednesday I was just too sick to workout. Thursday was supposed to be YogaX but I ditched that one and did the previous days workout – Back, Biceps and Ab ripper.
I really enjoyed that one. It really bombs the biceps. Doing that one after a recovery week and I can barely straighten my arms.
Today I did Legs and Back plus ab ripper. I had to force myself to do it and my heart was racing at times but I did what I could manage. Enough whining.
