Day 47, 48 and 49: Plugging along

Day 47: Legs and back plus ab ripper

Day 48:  Sore from yesterday. Church event that was supposed to run two hours Saturday night ran 4 hours plus and squashed my workout plan. No Kenpo workout today.

Day 49: A stretch or rest day. Weather was gorgeous so instead of catching up yesterday’s KenpoX in my garage I played tennis doubles for 2.5 hours.
