When I started this P90X journey I added a note in my Blackberry that looked something like this:
Prot6 PPPPPP
Dair2 DD
Fruit1 F
Vege3 VVV
Fats1 F
Carb3 CCC
Snak3 Dbl Bar Drink
Cond2 KK
As I ate items during the day I opened the note and deleted one of the letters. It helped me keep track and make sure I was following the plan. A fairly crude home-made “App” but effective.
In the last few days I have had to remind myself to fill it out and today have decided to skip it because it has now become somewhat second nature to know what to eat.
Day 50 was yoga but I did Kenpo instead. I may never do Yoga again. I just don’t like it.
Day 51 was core synergistics. I was having some issues with my right wrist on push ups so I went to knuckle push ups which helped. Might need to look into some push up stands.
