I did plyo last night. My daughter had posted a printed list of all the plyo moves in our workout room (aka garage). When I asked why she said that seeing a list of what was coming up made it somehow less “never-ending” . All the repetition in this one does tend to make you say “How many times am I going to have to do this move?”
I must admit that I kept referring to the list. Overall I think it did help – just little.
