Overall happy with my progress so far although I would like to see some more increase in muscle. I halfheartedly began taking creatine a couple of weeks ago but didn’t do any loading and quite honestly forgot to take my minimal daily dose several times. I am now planning to load up for a week at two tsp per day for a week and then go back to one tsp a day, taking nothing during recovery weeks. I am also going to try to get my protein intake back up closer to the phase one diet ratios.
Exercise was all good over the last few days. CardioX in place of yoga and I pushed my rest day around because of a big youth event at church that tied me up all Friday evening.
My girls lost another soccer match on Saturday but it was an exciting and high scoring game at 5 to 4. The weather was gorgeous but alas – no tennis. Bummer.
