Last night was Chest & Back (I did ab ribber the night before). I am beginning to see an increase in the quantity of push-ups I can do. Part of it is because of an increase in muscle strength but I believe part of it is technique. Particularly on the strange ones like diamonds, dive bombers and declines. So, if you’re struggling a bit, really analyze the video to see hand and foot positions relative to the shoulders and hips. Rewind and just watch closely how they move through each push-up. Don’t think it will increase your reps by much but you may get a few more out than normal.
