A graduation dinner killed my Wednesday workout but on the plus side I was very good at dinner, drank water, at some veggies along with a small piece of meat lasagna. Thursday I went to a tennis cardio-clinic which is where a slightly sadistic tennis pro runs me (and 5 other middle-age men) through an hour and a half of tennis drills designed to simultaneously make me want to pass out and recoil in horror at my lack of tennis skills. The next night there was a tennis meetup group where I played for 2 1/2 hours. Mostly doubles with a good 6-4 singles match to finish up (I won).
Since that was three days off schedule, even though I consider two of those work out days, I am going to pick up today where I should have been on Wednesday. I couldn’t realistically “catch up” so I am just jumping back in where I left off. Not sure how this will work out going forward but that’s the plan.
So yesterday was shoulders and arms + AR. Today was CardioX (’cause I don’t do YogaX).
