I had my rest day on Friday, hit Plyo on Saturday and the Back and Biceps tonight. I am looking forward to hitting the big day 90. Summer should be fun. I (hopefully) look better and definitely feel better so I anticipate playing quite a bit of tennis and think I may get into swimming for the summer. Even though I was a life guard and a swim instructor during college I was never on a swim team and never really got into “swimming laps” beyond what was required for my training. Maybe that will change when I am doing it for fitness.
